He first joined the company in 2008 rising to the position of SAP Basis team manager in 2010. The technical insight and practical experience he gained provided the ideal foundation for his role as a software consultant.
Bruce’s responsibilities include head of support for Rev-Trac where he ensures customers achieve the best outcomes from the software, quickly and easily. It also his responsibility to guarantee that Rev-Trac has adequate systems in place to develop and test its SAP change management solution. Rev-Trac has an extensive testing and development environment including 130 SAP systems, and Bruce installed almost all of them.
Outside of work, Bruce is an accomplished musician and pursues his interest in electronics as a hobby.
